Violations may result in account suspension and law enforcement reporting.

Zesiger.net content and associated intellectual property belong exclusively to Zesiger.net and licensors. Users retain rights to their posted content and grant the company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license for service-related use.
7. Plans, Payments, and Refunds

8. Service Availability and Uptime

9. Termination

11. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability caps at either payments made in the six months prior or CHF 100, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
